Shrinked wool cardigan from Comme des Garçons Homme Plus, Autumn/Winter 1994-1995. The gray wool and nylon blend is extremely soft and light. The quality of this collection is simply the best that I have seen. The difference in density between the top and the bottom creates a beautiful, casual look. I normally do not like cardigan much, but this one is an exception. It is in perfect condition.
Under the theme of "Offbeat Humor", a circus troupe from Southern France along with musician Arthur H., his group [named Bachibouzouk], and the traditional Breton band Les Pires all modelled for the presentation. They were jumping and dancing on stage, resulting in a lively catwalk show quite distinct from traditional ones. The items of the collection made the character of those performers stand out even more because of their rough ruffled wool surface caused by the fulling process. In April, most of the participants went to Japan to re-perform at Haneda Airport where they were received with acclamation.
