Striped wool bomber jacket with cupro back and back cinch from Comme des Garçons Homme Plus, Spring/Summer 1993. The black wool is finely weaved to create a smooth texture. Due to its composition, it is extremely comfortable and light. The quality of this piece is amazing. The short cupro back with its cinch gives a unique fit to the jacket. It is in perfect condition.
The Spring/Summer 1993 collection was summer-like, with a lot of cotton, rayon, summer wool, and other refreshing fabrics in shades of white and blue. A sense of distortion was purposely created by not ironing the seams and by joining mismatched plaid patterns. John Hurt, Philippe Volter, and Peter Weller appeared amongst others as models. Many pieces are reminiscent of the last year, i.e., Spring/Summer 1992.
