Pressed wool blazer from Issey Miyake Men, Autumn/Winter 1999-2000, "Pressed". According to the official book on the collection, it is a 'high twisted wool saxony jacket' that has been tailored, then pressed flat. It is an understated staple of the collection that has notably appeared in the advertisements (last image). The wool fabric is incredibly soft and the blazer fits beautifully over the body. It can be either casual or classy depending on how you wear it. This one, in particular, has metal buttons featuring the Royal Arms of the United Kingdom. It is in great condition.
