Vintage Neon Genesis Evangelion Kaworu T-shirt from COSPA / Costume Paradise, 1997. This exceptionally rare T-shirt was produced by COSPA, then named Costume Paradise. You can see Kaworu's face with a quote from the 25th episode of the series which aired on March 20th, 1996. Shie Kohinata wore the T-shirt in an editorial from H magazine vol.17 (July 1997). The T-shirt itself is quite small and comfortable. It is also in surprisingly great condition.
