Adjustable cotton pants from Yohji Yamamoto Pour Homme, Spring/Summer 2001. Those pants are extremely light and comfortable, making them perfect for the summer season. The waist can be adjusted with the straps on each side. If you like those pants, but your waist is too small, I believe that those pants can be altered to fit you - but this would be your responsibility. There is a design element that is hard to describe on each side of the legs, which allows for more breathability. They are in good condition, but they have been used: the lining has taken a yellow tone over time and there is a darker spot on the back of the left leg, among some other signs of use.
