Round metal frame sunglasses from Yohji Yamamoto in collaboration with Murai. SUNGLASSES ONLY. Yohji Yamamoto declared himself a "Takeshi Kitano nut" in the mid-90s. Even before collaborating with Yamamoto, Takeshi Kitano always put a lot of effort into costume design. May it be the vibrantly colorful floral shirts in 'Sonatine' or razor-sharp tailoring in 'Hana-bi', he had a distinct awareness about the costumes being an integral tool to achieve his precise aesthetic vision. It should come as no surprise that Yamamoto took inspiration from Kitano for his sunglasses' design. The silver metal frame is elegant yet robust.

Take note that the lenses can easily fall off because they are very slightly too small for the frame. While it may be possible to fix this issue, I believe that this pair would be perfect for someone who wants to replace the lenses. It may also be possible to adjust the frame width toward the back.
