Thick wool pants from Yohji Yamamoto Pour Homme, Autumn/Winter 1991-1992, also known as '6・1 THE MEN'. The burgundy wool fabric is soft, robust, and thick, making them perfect for Autumn and Winter. They are extremely comfortable and both the fit and color look beautiful. They are in good condition, but they have small black and white spots. Additionally, they had a small hole that has been repaired.
The theme of the collection was 'war'. The back-painted leather jacket represented the spirit of the man who goes to war for the woman on his back. Presented for the first time in the midst of the Gulf War, musicians Charles Lloyd, John Kale, and many others modeled for the show and sang together 'We Shall Overcome' as an anti-war song for the finale. It was presented for a second time four months later on June 1st, but this time in Tokyo as a joint presentation with Rei Kawakubo under the name '6・1 THE MEN', often cited as '6.1 THE MEN'.
